You can find these outcomes expressed as a fraction in the table following the graphed data. The bottom of the fraction indicates the number of transfers and the top shows the number of live births.
Optimal Outcome measures the percentage of transfers resulting in a healthy weight, singleton born to term. Research shows that multiple birth pregnancies can cost nearly 20 times more than singleton pregnancies.
